Due to the nature of digital goods (raw source code), we generally do not offer refunds once the code has been delivered. If you encounter issues during installation, our engineering support team is available to assist.
A 50% refund is available if cancellation occurs before the design phase has begun. Once the engineering sprint starts, no refunds will be given for professional services.
